Board of Directors
The Vantria Board of Directors consists of members who are elected
to three-year terms and serve without financial compensation. They
possess the responsibility for maintaining the general direction
and control of the credit union to safeguard the members' investment.
The board meets monthly on the next to last Tuesday of each month.
Board members also serve on one or more committees. If you are interested
in serving on the board of directors, or nominating a fellow member,
the Nominating Committee is particularly interested in candidates
with the following skills: management, personnel, law, data processing,
and/or finance. Elections are held at the credit union's Annual
Meeting, held in the spring of each year.
